CONNECT2CRYPTO is seeking a CEO with Blockchain/Crypto experience to be a part of our team. As a CEO, you are a blockchain and crypto enthusiast, and a -get it done-operations fanatic with previous experience in Management and Crypto-based knowledge (i.e. Trading, Token knowledge …etc)


As Chief Executive Officer, you will have a broad understanding of Blockchain technology. As a leadership team member, the CEO will work along with our company’s Co-founders to oversee our platform’s Vision, Team-building, Investor management, Brand management, and Corporate Development.


Most importantly, the role of the CEO will be to take this company to the next stage. We need your knowledge and insight to be able to take our concept and create the demand to have it in every state, every country, and every nation.


As a Startup CEO, you will grow a new company with a differentiated product offering. The ideal candidate will have a successful CEO track record of growing a digital Startup.


Key Responsibilities



  • Setting the vision for the company and defining the overall strategy from launch to scale

  • Driving growth, profitability, and company value

  • Developing and implementing scalable and efficient strategies to ensure consistent results and exponential growth

  • Attracting, retaining, and developing world-class talent

  • Cultivating a high-performing and agile team culture

  • Driving day-to-day operations

  • Aligning resources to achieve key business goals

  • Owning the operational budget and managing burn rate

  • Managing competition and threats in the marketplace, with constant evaluation of the financial structure, capital strategy, and strategic objectives

  • Providing expert guidance to all departments, including operations, sales, and product

  • Reporting updates to the Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders regarding progress on strategic goals

  • Building strategic partnerships and relationships to drive growth

  • Being the public champion for the business

  • Establishing credibility throughout the customer and partner network


Educational Qualifications and Experience:



  • +3 years of experience leading and scaling a high growth start-up

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proven track record of building successful products and high performing teams from the ground up

  • Experience in developing digital products and solutions

  • Relevant industry experience

  • Hands-on experience in Blockchain networks

  • Ability to understand different tech stacks and be able to communicate well with developers

  • Better understanding of software development cycle

  • Experience in Agile Development Methodology.

  • Experience in managing a Board of Directors and corporate stakeholders
