About the Role


We’re looking for a driven and technically fluent Business Development Manager to join our growing go-to-market team. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you’ll be responsible for driving adoption of Pimlico’s account abstraction infrastructure across the Ethereum ecosystem. From early-stage dev teams to established protocols and enterprises, you’ll help customers understand the power of smart accounts and why Pimlico is the best way to build with them.


This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, developer-first environment and wants to help shape the next generation of web3 UX.


Key Responsibilities



  • Business Development: Own and drive the full sales cycle—from sourcing to closing—across wallets, dApps, games, infra teams, and more.

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy, high-quality pipeline via outbound efforts, inbound leads, and ecosystem engagement.

  • Customer Success: Work closely with new and existing customers to understand their needs, demo our offerings, and ensure long-term success.

  • Collaboration: Partner with the engineering team to ensure a cohesive GTM motion and tight feedback loop.

  • Ecosystem Engagement: Attend events, contribute to ecosystem discussions, and represent Pimlico in the broader web3 community.

  • Sales Process: Help refine sales materials, processes, and CRM practices as the team scales.


Key Requirements



  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or BD—ideally with a focus on developer tools, infrastructure, or crypto.

  • Solid understanding of the Ethereum ecosystem and key concepts in account abstraction (e.g. bundlers, paymasters, smart accounts).

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a technical sales environment.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable speaking with both devs and decision-makers.

  • Highly organized and self-directed, with a bias toward action.

  • Passion for web3 and a belief in the future of smart wallets and decentralized apps.


Reasons to Not Work at Pimlico



  • You won’t be working remotely, this position is onsite, we expect all our staff to be in the office 5 days a week

  • We are small and scrappy, if you’re looking for the backing of a big brand and a huge corporation, this is not that.

  • This is a big responsibility, all of the company’s new revenue generation will sit with you and the VP of Sales, which will be a 2 person team once this position is filled.

  • If you don’t have a crypto background, either personally or professionally, this probably isn’t for you. Our customers are very crypto focused and we need someone who can speak their language.
