The role you’re applying for
As an integral part of our HR team at Lightcurve, you will drive the creation and implementation of HR strategies aligned with our overall vision and business goals, supporting our several exciting web3 projects.
Your role will involve creating and implementing HR strategies and offering proactive guidance and advice on topics like compensation, engagement, organizational health, performance management, employee development, diversity initiatives, and policy implementation, with the chance to positively influence every employee’s experience at Lightcurve. Additionally, you will drive the development of our high-performing, self-organized HR team and are capable of fulfilling all necessary HR roles.
By leveraging data, combined with strong judgment, business acumen and creativity, you will directly contribute to the growth of our organization. Be a part of a globally remote international team and lead efforts to unify our company’s culture across borders and time zones, ensuring that every team member feels connected and engaged regardless of their location.
What you’ll be doing
- Align HR strategies with business objectives through regular strategic planning sessions with senior leadership.
- Guide and mentor the HR team to enhance their skills and career growth, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to secure high-quality hires.
- Utilize trend analysis and data insights to shape and advance personnel initiatives, driving impactful change.
- Design and implement comprehensive training, development and succession programs.
- Manage the performance appraisal system to drive and maintain high employee performance and retention.
- Lead and deliver HR projects on time and within budget, such as developing career paths and development opportunity at a company level.
- Monitor and improve employee engagement and workplace culture through targeted initiatives and action plans.
What we’re looking for
- 8+ years of progressive experience in human resources management and operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing HR functions across multiple regions.
- Proficiency in transforming business objectives into implementable people-centric strategies aligned with organizational goals, fostering growth, innovation, and enduring success
- A basic understanding of blockchain and strong motivation to advance in web3 field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills, coupled with a high level of empathy and stamina
- Proficiency in leveraging data and analytics to inform HR strategy, measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Robust project management skills, ensuring efficient execution and successful delivery of initiatives
- Ability to adapt and lead through frequent change and growth with a willingness to drive unique and creative solutions
- Strategic mindset capable of converting business goals into actionable strategies
- Orientation towards growth and a dedication to continuous lifelong learning
Extra Credit:
- Understanding of international employment law regulations and practices
- Hands-on experience in web3 in a similar role
- Experience or training in change management
