Which non-tech Web3 role is easiest to start with?
Community management and customer support are the common entry points, because they hire on communication and reliability rather than years of experience. Both put you close to users, which is useful preparation for marketing, product or operations later. Moderating a Discord or Telegram group, answering questions well and keeping records of what you fixed all count as relevant experience.
How do I show Web3 knowledge with no Web3 job history?
Use the products. Set up a wallet, make a few transactions, read a protocol's documentation and follow a governance discussion, then write a short public post explaining something you learned. That gives an employer evidence of judgment, which is what they are testing when they ask what you have been following. Point to it in your application rather than claiming general interest.
