The Web3 jobs report tracks hiring across the listings published on Find Web3: how many jobs appear each month, which categories they fall into, which companies are posting most, how much of the work is remote, and what employers state for pay.
It answers two practical questions: which parts of Web3 are posting roles right now, and what a given category looks like before you start a job search or a salary conversation. Writers and researchers are welcome to use it, and the same listings sit behind the category pages and /salaries.
How this report works: listings come from public job boards and company career pages, plus jobs employers post directly on Find Web3. Duplicates of the same role are removed, so a job advertised in several places is counted once. The counts describe what has been published on Find Web3 rather than the whole Web3 job market. Salary figures use only listings that state pay in US dollars, annualized.
Can I cite this report?
Yes. You are welcome to quote the figures in articles, newsletters, decks and research, with a link back to https://findweb3.com/web3-jobs-report so readers can see the current version. Credit Find Web3 as the source, and note the date you took the figures, since the page is rebuilt and the numbers move.
How often is the report updated?
Daily. The job counts, company rankings, remote share and salary figures are all rebuilt from the current set of listings, so a number cited last month will not match what the page shows today. Figures for a month that has already ended settle once that month's listings have all been collected.
What counts as a Web3 job in this report?
Any role at a company building on or around public blockchains: protocols, exchanges, wallets, infrastructure, DeFi, NFT and gaming studios and DAOs, plus crypto-specific roles at other companies. It is not limited to engineering, so design, marketing, community, operations, legal and sales roles are all included when the work itself is Web3.
