Post a job here to hire blockchain developers, Solidity engineers, designers and the non-technical people a crypto company needs. A listing costs $99 and runs for 30 days.
Your role appears on the main jobs board, on its category page and on every tag page you pick, and it goes out in the daily and weekly job alert emails for the board and, where its category has its own list, that one too. Your company logo sits on the listing, and each listing is eligible for Google's job search results.
Applications come straight to you. Find Web3 does not collect resumes, screen candidates or sit between you and the applicant, so your existing hiring process stays as it is.
Listings that pull good candidates are specific. Name the chain and the stack, give a pay range, state the remote policy and any time zone overlap you need, and say what the person will build in their first few months. Vague posts get fewer and weaker applications.
Before you write the listing, it is worth seeing what similar roles are advertising: Web3 salaries by role, and who is hiring right now.
How much does it cost to post a job?
A listing is $99 and runs for 30 days. The price covers the job on the board, on the category and tag pages it belongs to, and in the alert emails that go to subscribers, plus your company logo on the listing. There are no per-application or per-hire fees, and the listing simply expires at the end of the 30 days.
How quickly does my job go live?
Your listing publishes once payment clears and we have checked it. Every post is read by hand first, so there is a short wait rather than an instant publish. We use the email address you post from to confirm the listing, and to write to you if something in it needs fixing before it can go up.
Can I edit my listing after it is live?
Yes. Email team@findweb3.com from the address you used to post and say what needs to change: a correction to the description, a new apply link, a changed pay range, or a role that has closed early. Include the job title and the company name so the right listing is found quickly.
How do candidates apply?
Directly to you. When you post, you give either a link to your application page or an email address, and that is what the apply button on the listing uses. Nothing is routed through Find Web3, so applications arrive wherever you already handle them, whether that is an applicant tracking system or an inbox.
Do you offer recruitment or headhunting?
No. Find Web3 is a job board, not a recruitment agency, so we do not source candidates, screen applicants or work on commission. What we do is put your role in front of people already looking for Web3 work, through the board, the category and skill pages, and the alert emails. Everything after the click is yours.
