About NFT Jobs

NFT jobs on this page come from marketplaces, creator tools, collections and the studios and brands that release them. The mix includes engineering and product, but also art direction, community management, partnerships, moderation and customer support.

NFT work rewards people who can show taste and judgment, not only a resume. Designers and artists should link a portfolio; community and partnership candidates should point to a Discord, a newsletter or a campaign they ran. Engineering listings tend to ask for ERC-721 and ERC-1155, metadata and storage, wallet integrations and marketplace APIs.

What jobs are available in NFTs?

Marketplaces and collections hire engineers, product managers, designers, artists, community managers, moderators, support agents, marketers and partnership leads. Studios that publish their own collections add creative roles such as illustrators, 3D artists and writers who build the world around a drop. Larger platforms also hire legal, finance and trust and safety staff.

Do I need to be an artist to work in NFTs?

No. Plenty of NFT roles have nothing to do with making art: engineering, product, support, operations, marketing and community all appear here. Artists are hired by studios and brands that produce collections, and those listings usually ask for a portfolio and a style that fits the project. For the non-creative side, start from a function page such as /jobs/engineering or /jobs/operations.

How do I apply for an NFT job?

Open a listing here and use the apply link, which goes to the employer's own site or application form. Find Web3 does not collect applications or pass along resumes, so anything you send goes straight to the company. For creative and community roles, have a portfolio or a public profile ready, since employers usually ask for one in the first step.
