Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated Account Manager to manage and grow our client relationships. The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client needs, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling APhone products and services.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling APhone products and services.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance and client feedback.

  • Stay informed about APhone products, services, and industry trends to provide clients with relevant insights.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in account management or a related role.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build long-term relationships.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
