Accountable is a digital finance platform that empowers businesses to verify and share data in a privacy preserving way, and retail investors to access verifiable yield opportunities. We aim to remove trust barriers, reduce fraud, and unlock new opportunities for efficient and safe financial growth.

We are looking for a motivated full stack engineer capable of turning ideas into code using new technologies and focusing on speed of delivery. A strong understanding of frontend and backend technologies and being self-driven are a must. Previous Web3 experience (as a developer or as a power user) is required. Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, L1/L2s, basic cryptography etc. is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test and review code


• Rapidly build and iterate on new features and MVPs using advanced technologies


• Participate in building specifications, design new features, independently assess feasibility, cost, and complexity of things to be implemented


• Handle test and production deployments


• Integrate with other protocols and sources of data

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies


• Proven experience building high quality web-based products


• Resourceful and self-motivated


• AI assisted coding is a big plus, but not a must as long as the focus is on speed, experimentation and feedback driven development


• Excellent general problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity


• Up to date with latest developments in the space, a strong interest in staying on top of emerging technologies and industry trends


• Passionate about building and improving products, building MVPs and experimenting with new stuff


• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly


• Professional integrity and dependability


• Experience with dApp development libraries and frameworks is a big plus


• Previous experience with lending protocols is a big plus


• Understanding of blockchain fundamentals, L1/L2s, bridging, basic cryptography etc. is desirable


• Experience working within a fast-paced, startup environment is a plus


• Hackathon participation and pet projects are a plus


• Exposure to growth hacking principles and A/B testing methodologies


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English


• Leadership skills are a big plus


• Languages used: Javascript, Python, Java, Solidity
