Extsy.com is a newly launched crypto exchange aiming to redefine the trading experience with a user-first approach, cutting-edge technology, and a strong focus on education, rewards, and performance. We are building a world-class team of marketers, analysts, educators, and crypto-native builders to help scale our product and reach millions of users globally.


We’re looking for a performance-driven Paid Marketing Specialist with deep experience in running paid campaigns for crypto wallets and exchanges. You should be data-oriented, hands-on with attribution and analytics tools like AppsFlyer, Firebase, and Google Analytics, and comfortable owning the full paid media funnel from discovery to evaluation.


Responsibilities:



  • Plan and execute user acquisition campaigns across paid media channels (Search, Display, Programmatic, etc.)

  • Evaluate and set up new paid channels from scratch (including budget, targeting, and attribution setup)

  • Own channel performance, CAC, ROI, and other key marketing KPIs

  • Implement and manage attribution with AppsFlyer or similar

  • Track performance using tools like Firebase, GA, and internal dashboards

  • Collaborate with content and creative teams on paid creatives and messaging

  • Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and propose optimizations


Requirements:



  • 3+ years experience in paid marketing roles, ideally in crypto, fintech, or mobile-first apps

  • Proven experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Firebase, etc.) and analytics stacks

  • Familiarity with setting KPIs, reporting, and performance evaluation

  • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills

  • Bonus: experience running campaigns in emerging markets
