Act as support for the Communication Team

📍 We’re on the lookout for Web3 natives who are also native in English and expert on token launch.

• Oversee and coordinate the execution of the Strategic Communication Calendar across assigned channels (social media, influencers, KOLs, PR agencies, media outlets, etc.), ensuring a consistent and impactful rollout.


• Act as the central point of contact between internal teams, influencers, PR agencies, and media partners to ensure smooth and aligned communication.


• Ensure the timely publication and distribution of communication actions according to the calendar, avoiding delays or misalignment.


• Track deliverables and report execution progress to stakeholders (Adoption and Monetization team) by implementing a precise monitoring system.


• Identify and flag potential risks or delays that may impact execution, proactively suggesting corrective actions.


• Continuously optimize communication actions based on performance insights, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Key Success Indicators

• Calendar adherence: 100% of actions published on schedule,


• Audience/Token engagement: evolution of key metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, interactions, curves),


• Influencer/KOL impact: performance of collaborations (engagement rate, conversions),


• Media coverage: number and quality of PR/media publications secured,


• Coordination efficiency: feedback from stakeholders on internal communication effectiveness (CMO, CRO),


• Optimization & recommendations: concrete actions implemented to adjust the strategy.
