We are a young, growing PR agency in the Web3 space spearheading the introduction of organic PR strategies into this new industry. We are looking for a gogetting, independent sales manager to drive our next phase of growth into this new bull market and beyond.


You will be an experienced, entrepreneurial sales professional with proven experience in building and leading sales strategies for early-stage companies, ideally in the Web3 space. You will have a solid understanding of blockchain technology that is demonstrable to potential clients and a network of contacts that you can leverage to reach them.


You will work closely with Block3 PR’s CEO, a former national news journalist and PR professional, to target and land new clients. This will involve twice weekly meetings and attending conferences and networking events alongside her and the team. As such, you should be prepared for international travel.


Role Overview:


Sales Manager is a pivotal role crucial to the agency’s growth journey. You’ll spearhead client acquisition, leveraging your sales expertise, ideally in the Web3 sphere. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging with prospective clients, establishing partnerships, and contributing to the agency’s expansion.


Responsibilities:



  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth and establish the agency as a key player in the crypto industry.

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, engage and close new Web3 clients.

  • Event Attendance: Attend key Web3 events in global financial centers to foster new connections and promote Block3 PR’s services.

  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients and industry partners to understand their needs and help Block3 align its services to their goals.

  • Market Insight: Stay on top of market trends, competitor analysis, and emerging opportunities within the space.


Requirements:



  • Sales Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in Web3 or relaSalested tech industries.

  • Network: Extensive related network, demonstrating strong connections and preferably a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.

  • Self-Motivated: A self-starter with a go-getter attitude, driven by goals and passionate about pioneering in an evolving industry.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, adept at conveying complex concepts succinctly.

  • Native-Level English Speaker: You are required to speak and write in English with a native level of proficiency.
