About the Role:


Livepeer’s mission is to provide open and decentralized video infrastructure for Web3, and we cannot achieve this mission without a thriving ecosystem of partners and projects building with and on top of our technology.


As Ecosystem Growth Lead, you will own Livepeer’s systems and programs to drive partner and community-led growth at scale, including managing the success of our rapidly expanding Web3 technology partnership and builder funnels.


Responsibilities:



  • In collaboration with the Head of Growth, define our ecosystem strategy and KPI framework

  • Ensure the growth and success of new and existing Web3 partnerships

  • Scope and lead execution of technology partnership opportunities with in collaboration with product and engineering team

  • Attract external funding and development teams to build solutions for the Livepeer ecosystem that can improve and accelerate adoption of Livepeer infrastructure

  • Own and manage our builder and community programs including Livepeer accelerator and ambassador programs

  • Work with the Livepeer Marketing team to help raise awareness and shine a spotlight on Livepeer’s partners and community


Requirements:



  • At least 5 years of experience in product, project management or other operational role(s) at a technology startup, VC fund, or philanthropic environment.

  • Familiarity with decentralized applications development; knowledge of the Web3 tech stack.

  • Comfortable working on a fully distributed team with high accountability.

  • High level familiarity with the Livepeer technology, network architecture and governance.

  • Familiarity with Open Source Licensing standards.

  • Experience with technical support for community initiatives.

  • Experience driving business development and new partnerships.

  • Excellent organizational planning, written and oral communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with builders from a variety of backgrounds.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to juggle multiple projects at different stages.

  • Video products & services experience is a plus but not required.
