About Us

Gyld Finance provides institutions with regulated, transparent, and liquid access to digital asset yield. Our system combines an off-chain exchange for efficient trade execution with on-chain tokens representing real assets, backed by validator infrastructure for transparency and security.

We’re bridging traditional finance and blockchain — building a scalable, compliant platform for institutional investors and market makers.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Smart Contract Engineer who can build and maintain the on-chain components of our platform across Ethereum and Solana.

You’ll design and implement smart contracts for RWA tokenization, settlement, and validator integration, and work with backend and infrastructure teams to connect the off-chain exchange to blockchain-based systems.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and test smart contracts in Solidity (Ethereum) and Rust (Solana)

  • Implement logic for RWA tokenization, custody, and settlement

  • Integrate off-chain exchange systems with on-chain components

  • Collaborate with the infrastructure team on validator operations and staking integration

  • Ensure security, auditability, and compliance of all smart contracts

  • Write clear technical documentation and contribute to system design decisions

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Solidity and EVM-based smart contract development

  • Experience developing Solana programs in Rust (Anchor framework a plus)

  • Understanding of DeFi protocols and real-world asset tokenization

  • Familiarity with smart contract testing, auditing, and optimization

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively across teams

Nice to Have

  • Experience with off-chain order books or hybrid exchange models

  • Understanding of yield-tokenization protocols like Pendle

  • Familiarity with bridges, oracles, or cross-chain messaging
