Listings Operations Manager
📅
Aug 8🕘
Contract / Full-Time$50K – $70K
💻
Fully RemoteOverview:
The Listings Operations Manager oversees the lifecycle of every new asset or trading pair introduced to the platform. This role ensures each listing is fully validated, risk-scored, correctly configured, and coordinated across legal, product, marketing, and liquidity partners. It plays a key role in growing Extsy’s product offering while protecting users and platform stability.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Track emerging market trends and monitor high-volume or community-driven tokens for listing consideration
- Stay updated on competitor exchanges’ listing activity and identify opportunities to differentiate or move early
- Propose proactive listing opportunities based on market dynamics (e.g. Layer 2s, meme coins, staking tokens)
- Own and maintain the listing calendar — from internal approvals to post-launch review
- Coordinate listing readiness across compliance (legal & regulatory), product (UI & configs), and risk (scoring & LP coverage)
- Validate listing data and ensure all asset configurations are reflected correctly across trading engine, admin panels, and frontend UI
- Confirm support from LPs and prepare liquidity requirements (depth, spread targets, activation timing)
- Prepare go-live documentation and internal comms for support, compliance, and marketing teams
- Monitor newly listed assets in the first 7–14 days and track performance metrics: volume, spread, user feedback
- Maintain documentation for each listing and build a repeatable onboarding framework
- Ensure all listing activities are logged and auditable, aligned with internal policy and regulatory expectations
What we look for in you:
- 3–5 years of experience in operations, product, or listings within crypto or capital markets
- Strong awareness of the evolving crypto landscape - you track token trends, ecosystems, and new narratives (e.g. RWAs, rollups, AI coins)
- Ability to assess token quality from a market, community, and liquidity lens, but you can also speak the language of legal, risk, product and BD
- Sharp eye for technical detail and an ability to catch errors before they go live
- Process-driven and comfortable owning a repeatable calendar and complex checklist
- Being a proactive communicator and reliable executor
- Familiarity with trading mechanics (tick sizes, margin rules, leverage configs) and oracle/feed infrastructure
