About the Role

We’re looking for our first Account Manager to build and shape our Sales function from the ground up. As our founding Account Manager, you’ll have full autonomy to define our playbook, establish processes, and grow alongside our company. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on taking undefined challenges and turning them into scalable systems.


What You’ll Do



  • The complete success of our key accounts - from day-to-day relationship management to long-term strategic planning and everything in between

  • Building our account management function from scratch - you’ll create our processes, set the bar for excellence, and lay the foundation for future team members

  • Direct impact on our product roadmap by deeply understanding customer needs, gathering actionable insights, and working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to drive improvements

  • Creating and running strategic programs to drive customer adoption, expansion, and advocacy - you’ll have the freedom to experiment and implement what works


Who You Are



  • A builder who loves creating order from chaos - you’ve spent 3+ years in B2B SaaS account management and get energized by blank canvases

  • A strategic thinker who sees around corners - you can anticipate customer needs and proactively solve problems before they arise

  • An excellent communicator who builds trust at all levels - from day-to-day users to C-suite executives

  • A data-driven operator who’s created and optimized customer success processes that scale

  • Someone who takes pride in owning outcomes - when you see a problem, you fix it; when you spot an opportunity, you seize it


Bonus Points



  • You were the first or early AM hire at a developer tools startup and shaped the function

  • You’ve maintained 100%+ net retention through high-touch strategic account management

  • You have a technical degree or equivalent experience, particularly in crypto data infrastructure

  • You have a track record of implementing and optimizing customer success tools that drive efficiency and scale
