We help blockchain, DeFi protocols, funds, and financial institutions with continuous real-time transaction monitoring, security and anomaly detection, transaction due diligence and forensic tooling, and risk assessment of address and on-chain entities with native cross-chain support.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Contribute to creating technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, and documentation, to help developers understand our platform and its capabilities.
- Support our engineering and marketing teams with on-chain analysis.
- Maintain easy-to-understand documentation and tutorials to help our users leverage Range to the maximum.
- Act as Range’s public face and ‘key opinion leader’ and engage in speaking efforts to evangelize our offerings.
- Assist developers and investigators by troubleshooting technical issues, providing guidance, and collaborating with our technical teams to resolve challenges.
- Participate in developer-focused events, workshops, webinars, and hackathons to facilitate learning and networking opportunities.
- Review and troubleshoot the overall developer experience of all our products.
- Contribute to SDKs and APIs that will help improve our user and developer experience.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of work experience with developers as a Developer Relations, Software Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or Project Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner.
- Strong understanding of DeFi and blockchain technology, particularly Solana and Cosmos ecosystems.
- Extensive familiarity and competence with block explorers and onchain data analysis.
- Full business proficiency in English, both in public speaking and writing.
- Craftsman mindset. You are motivated to create great content and products that can radically help our partners and customers.
- Results-oriented with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- A deep interest in solving the security problem in crypto.
- Based in Europe or the US East Coast.
Nice to haves
- Existing network in the crypto industry, from previous jobs or community participation.
- Crypto native with an extensive understanding of the DeFi ecosystem.
- Community participation in the Solana or Cosmos ecosystems.
- Experience with DAO governance and governance forums.
- Ability to occasionally help with marketing responsibilities and develop/implement marketing strategies.
- Relevant programming experience in TypeScript, Go and/or Rust, etc.
- Open-source code or content contributions
