Your responsibilities:



  • Surveys of competitors and feedback from users to deliver optimal page solutions.

  • Enhancing the competitiveness and user experience of products through data analysis of product performance, competitor research, etc.

  • Designing financial product functionality to continuously improve the rationality of product functions.

  • Discover new customer demands and optimize the user experience and interaction design.

  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and business development teams to increase our trading volume


Requirements:



  • Bachelor or higher degree in Business Administration, finance, mathematics, computer science or related fields, with 2+ years of product management experience, preferably at a well-known Internet, blockchain or financial company; or at least 3 years of this experience in managing financial trading products.

  • Have a strong sense of industry trends and pay attention to user experience and product details.

  • Ability to think logically, work in a team, and effectively communicate. Ability to organize and coordinate resources in order to solve problems and achieve goals in collaboration with different departments.

  • Being proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible to our customers and colleagues is essential.

  • Fluent in English, preferably having studied or worked overseas
