Who are we looking for


📢 Calling all marketing maestros! We are looking for a B2C marketing leader who can build & scale a full-stack, high impact B2C marketing team. B2C Marketing Lead will take the reins for the overall strategy and success of our B2C marketing efforts including, but not limited to, the oversight of all aspects of B2C communications, digital marketing, brand messaging, content, email & social marketing, etc. If you have an understanding of what makes people tick and want to deliver solutions that make a difference, we would love to meet you. This person will report directly to the CMO.


Roles & Responsibilities



  • Lead the development of an effective and efficient B2C marketing strategy to promote our consumer offer (wallet and market) across international markets.

  • Oversee the conception, development, and implementation of marketing plan and strategies focusing on growth of transactions from both paid and organic channels.

  • Originate, and deliver outstanding marketing communications across multiple channels (social, digital, experiential, advertising and more).

  • Drive strategic campaign development as well as manage tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables, using insights and customer intelligence to execute end-to-end campaigns.

  • Monitor key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools and translate results into actionable insights (market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, consumer trends, user acquisition, customer retention …)

  • Build a marketing calendar and promotion schedule alongside cross-functional teams for various channels, with a clear sense of targeting and creative needs.

  • Own campaign management, strategize and oversee team/agency executing on paid social and paid search media buying.

  • Actively leading the creative representation of the brand, and the strategic positioning of our products for internal and external consumption.

  • Oversee analytical and attribution reporting to better understand the function of channels

  • Always have an eye on innovation, by identifying, testing, and scaling new marketing channels and strategies.

  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share.

  • Maximize media spend through rigorous creative testing and optimization.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and marketing budget and projections.

  • Create monthly reports for the marketing department.

  • Monitor the team goals and their execution keenly.


Qualifications:



  • A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field is a plus.

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in building & scaling a B2C marketing team, with extensive experience in managing search, social, and email camaigns and B2C marketing projects in a corporate, or in an agency setting, alternatively in a tech/SaaS company.

  • Experience in setting up, optimizing and scaling high impact B2C marketing projects.

  • Have a track record of successful execution of effective ROI-focused marketing.

  • Possess a solid experience and knowledge of multi-channel consumer marketing strategies with an emphasis on direct response marketing

  • Understanding of both brand and acquisition strategies, and experience running awareness and direct response campaigns thar deliver results.

  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools and be able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

  • Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital advertising campaigns and strategy.

  • Have the know-how to analyse and act on data that supports your marketing decisions; Can own all B2C marketing efforts and tie them into our growth goals.

  • Entrepreneurial in spirit with solid organizational skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

  • Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker with a process-oriented mindset who can quickly adjust priorities.

  • Measuring solutions backed with numbers should be a part of your DNA.

  • General understanding of the blockchain & NFT space.

  • Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
