CTO / Senior Blockchain Engineer - $1M Job

As you probably know, we’ve just been hacked recently. We are looking to relaunch in January and we’d like a strong CTO to come in and help us.

As the CTO, you’ll get $1m MONO vested quarterly through 2 years (based on the market price on the day you join). I don’t think base salary would make any difference for a position at this level but we are open to talk about it. All in all, as long as you are a world-class CTO and interested in joining us, we are open to talk.

Requirements:

1. Extensive experience in Solidity, obviously.


2. Experience in DeFi contracts. You have been a lead or a core dev in a very successful DeFi project


3. Knowledge in various major blockchains e.g. ATOM, DOT a huge plus


4. You understand / know how to manage other pieces in software engineering e.g. frontend, backend, infrastructure


5. Test Driven. You feel anxious about having a test coverage below 90%. You look at not only statement coverage but also branch coverage.
