As the Brand Marketing Director at Flipster
You will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and public relation campaigns of various scales. You will represent our brand and lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning. You will oversee marketing trends, all aspects of marketing campaigns and lead a team of marketing specialists to ensure our brand and business growth. You are an all rounder that has experience of driving growth in brand awareness and managing a team on various marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing brand marketing strategies to position branding for business growth.
- Represent the company and the brand in public relation and marketing campaigns.
- Lead marketing team members to fulfill critical performance goals for all marketing initiatives and be able to drive project finalization.
- Harmonize marketing initiatives with cross-functional team goals, working closely with product, design, and sales teams to make sure all campaigns and marketing projects are on track.
- Implement processes for marketing activities, ensuring strategies are grounded in data analysis and market research to optimize performance and ROI.
- Oversee the development of Flipster’s brand identity and messaging and stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.
- Uphold the highest standards of integrity and compliance in all marketing practices, ensuring that Flipster’s brand and marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and ethical guidelines
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience, including 1+ years of experience in lead or managing roles.
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven track record of leading and managing successful marketing campaigns that have driven business growth for B2C companies on a global scale.
- Broad experience across a variety of marketing channels, with specific successes in email and social media marketing, indicating a versatile skill set in digital marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and well-versed in utilizing online marketing tools and platforms
- Preferred
- Background in the tech, fintech, or financial sectors, offering strategic advantages in these competitive markets
- Experience with fast-scaling B2C startups, able to adapt in hyper growth
