The Role
As we scale our Talent Acquisition team, one of our core needs is hiring top-level technical talent and identifying uniquely amazing individuals to drive us forward. As a Technical Recruiter, you would be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring for our team. You will bring and any creative methods you can conceive to bring qualified candidates. Throughout the entire process, you will provide an unparalleled experience, while serving as an advisor to candidates and the biggest ambassador for ChainSafe. Ideally this person will be located in Europe CET time zone.
About The Job
- Developing and owning full-cycle recruitment process, recruiting pipelines end-to-end for engineering talent, sourcing strategies etc
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles in the blockchain space is ideal
- Ensuring a high quality and bespoke candidate experience
- Developing and fostering strong partnerships with all parties involved
- Being a guardian and champion of our culture and candidate experience
- Building the team that will change the future of blockchain solutions
- Build relationships with relevant industry professional associations, universities, meetups and other appropriate events.
About You
- 2-3+ years of fast-paced, high-volume technical recruiting experience
- 2-3+ years of experience hiring for senior-level engineering talent in a competitive market
- Experience recruiting for an internal engineering team, preferably in a startup setting
- Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, candidates, and hiring partners
- Ability to work independently while valuing, encouraging, and partaking in collaboration across a team
- Agency or in-house both welcome, and a combination of both a plus
- You must be self-motivated, tenacious and driven, operating with a high sense of urgency while working effectively within a team environment
- Bonus Points: interest or background in Blockchain and experience with international hirin
- Ideally Candidates will be located in Europe
