L1 Digital AG is a Zurich based diversified crypto and blockchain firm led by a seasoned team with the goal of investing in the winning protocols, dApps and companies within the highly disruptive blockchain industry. The firm currently manages and advises on more than $500m and actively sources investment opportunities in some of the best crypto native managers and blockchain companies.

L1 Digital is looking for a dynamic, open minded, detailed oriented and self-starting individual who can work independently and well within a team. You will be joining an entrepreneurial team with a proven track record managing alternative investments and building successful companies. You will be presented with a steep learning curve in a very dynamic field.

Role

• Work with external service providers such banks, custodians, brokers and stakers


• Set up bullet-proof self-custody solutions and manage in-house wallets


• Staking, node operation, voting; cash management with DeFi staking


• Trade reconciliations (on-chain and off-chain)


• Portfolio valuation and NAVs


• Establish thought leadership in operational matters around investing in tokens & DAOs.

Qualifications

• Technical know how about crypto


• Degree from top university


• Experience with trading, booking, staking cryptos incl DeFi and on-chain analysis


• Fully proficient in spoken and written English


• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional collaboration.
