Strategic Business Manager

Brightvine is looking for an experienced Strategic Business Manager to join our team and directly support our CEO. This role will work closely with our CEO on a variety of projects and tasks, both strategic and administrative in a client facing environment. A successful candidate is analytic, strategic and a structured thinker with entrepreneurial drive - Has the passion to do whatever it takes to solve complex problems and build scalable processes

What You’ll Be Doing

*Act as a thought partner to the CEO on strategic business planning

• Understand and actively participate in full scope of our development strategy


• Compose and prepare confidential correspondence through presentations, reports, and other complex documentation


• Acts as an extension of the CEO and information funnel, filter, and facilitator with external stakeholders


• Analyze large amounts of information and data quickly and effectively to reduce complexity and make actionable recommendations to the CEO.


• Track open items and due dates to ensure action items are executed on the behalf of the CEO

Must Haves

• 5+ years of relevant experience such as strategy and operations, management/strategy consulting, investment banking, chief of staff and/or other relevant fields of work


• 2+ years of fintech, crypto, blockchain, digital assets, investment banking and/or DeFi experience


• Strong executive-level presentation skills


• Sophisticated skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office


• Ability to travel as needed for partner and client engagements


• Solid analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills

Nice to Haves

• MBA or advanced degree


• Experience with SQL


• Extensive startup experience in high growth environment
