Marketing Manager

We are looking for an all-around marketing expert! You will be in charge of a wide range of marketing efforts from social media to sales enablement, and more. You will develop data-driven marketing campaigns and programs, such as email nurture paths, webinars, paid campaigns, and new content assets that generate leads and increase conversion through the sales funnel; with a focus on planning, execution, and optimization. As the leader of a start-up’s marketing programs, you will wear many hats and have a wide range of marketing-related responsibilities.


The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading an effective marketing strategy to propel company growth. You will work cross-functionally to understand marketing needs and drive revenue growth through successful marketing campaigns.


Bitwave is a rapidly growing startup that specializes in software for businesses that use digital assets and crypto. Our platform provides cryptocurrency accounting, tax tracking, bookkeeping, digital asset treasury management, crypto AR / AP tooling, and we recently added full DeFi support (lending pool, liquidity pools, NFTs, etc).


Key responsibilities



  • Execute enterprise B2B marketing strategies and plans to penetrate the enterprise market

  • Manage HubSpot marketing automation platform

  • Manage blogsite and WebFlow-based website

  • Create website landing pages

  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns

  • Manage social media campaigns and PR efforts

  • Manage paid media campaigns and Google Adwords

  • Develop sales enablement marketing pieces, including writing content

  • Use ZoomInfo to generate top of the funnel leads for nurturing

  • Manage marketing efforts surrounding F2F and virtual conferences

  • Manage marketing budget and show project ROI

  • Analyze and track marketing performance metrics

  • Support product marketing and branding initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and partners

  • Use ZoomInfo to generate top of the funnel leads for nurturing

  • Manage marketing efforts leading up to conferences


Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 4 years of relevant experience

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B demand generation

  • Experience in financial services or cryptocurrencies a plus

  • Excellent writing skills

  • Start-up experience a plus

  • Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Interest in digital assets, decentralized finance, and crypto a plus
