About Vite:

Vite’s flagship DApp is ViteX, a high-performance order-book DEX that matches centralized counterparts in user experience, and exceeds them in security. Vite’s universal cross-chain protocol allows easy asset transfer between any two chains in a trustless manner. The ongoing explosion of Vuilder (Vite Builders) ecosystem will be turbo-charged with oncoming solidity compatibility in the next months.

About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• be super-familiar with how ViteX works and become the go-to person in the community for how to improve and grow the DEX


• be a frequent user of many order-book DEXes / AMMs / staking pools, stay hyper up-to-date on developments in this space, recommend new features for ViteX from industry observation, customer feedback or your own ideas


• get the aforementioned features prioritized and implemented by working with core developers and community developers (some features may be incorporated into a hackathon bounty, for instance)


• help grow the DEX: Our DEX allows anyone to become an operator (listing Vite-native tokens) or become a gateway (listing cross-chain tokens). Work with colleagues and the community to grow the list of operators/gateways by various means, including but not limited to, launching campaigns for incentivizing new operators/gateways


• drive process for getting the DEX’s native token VX listed on exchanges


• besides DEX - there may be additional operational responsibilities that arise from time to time - be a swiss army knife (identify areas that need help in marketing/community/partnership/product, plan/create/propose solutions, and roll up their own sleeves to solve problems if need be)


• Important: looking for someone that hustles, pays attention to detail, thrives in a fast-paced environment. Must be a self-starter, a problem-solver, not afraid to get hands dirty, and not here to “manage” but to get things done

• Nice to have (not required): Mandarin speaker (some of the devs are based in China and prefer to communicate in Chinese, hence this preference)
