About You


You are an experienced software engineer with a passion for quality code and good design. You do not shy away from exploring new languages and tools, acquiring the skills you need to get the job done. You have opinions about your favorite open source projects.


You have experience with both front end and back end development and you’re comfortable with the usual bits like HTML, CSS, JS including common frameworks like React and Node, and both SQL and NoSQL databases.


Characteristic of successful candidate



  • Good experience with web development

  • You can read, understand and implement a RFC or a specification

  • Great written and spoken English

  • Experience working with an asynchronous remote team

  • You know how to write a pull-request and perform a code review

  • Understanding of security issues and best practices
