Role Overview:


We’re seeking a dynamic Head of Sales/BD with a focus on Institutional and DeFi sectors. You’ll be instrumental in positioning Usual as a key player in the crypto market, driving our sales strategies, and leading our team towards groundbreaking success.


Your Mission:



  • Strategically Position Usual: Leverage opportunities in both DeFi and TradFi sectors to establish Usual as a market leader.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Craft and implement sales plans targeting institutional clients and key DeFi players, aligning with our ambitious growth objectives.

  • Drive Revenue and Meet Targets: Achieve and surpass goals in client acquisition, partnership development, and financial growth.

  • Lead and Mentor the Sales Team: Directly manage and guide an Institutional Sales Manager, ensuring their integration and success within our broader strategy.

  • Collaborate Across Departments: Work closely with marketing and product development to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and product alignment.

  • Provide Market Insights: Continually offer feedback and insights to influence strategy and product development based on market trends.

Your Experience:



  • Proven track record in sales or BD in finance and/or crypto.

  • Demonstrated experience in leading sales teams and developing market strategies.

  • Strong understanding of the crypto market, DeFi, and traditional finance.
