Who are we looking for?
📢 Calling all marketing maestros! We are looking for a B2B marketing leader who can build & scale a full-stack SaaS marketing team. B2B Marketing Lead will take the reins for the overall strategy and success of our B2B marketing efforts including, but not limited to, the oversight of all aspects of B2B communications, digital marketing, content & social marketing, etc. If you live and breathe marketing, we need to talk. We’re looking for a flexible and versatile marketer who will be responsible for the growth of our inbound sales channels. This role reports directly to the CMO.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, and coordinate B2B marketing efforts from start to finish; Craft strategies for all marketing areas, including digital, advertising, communications, and content.
- Develop and deliver a fully integrated B2B marketing strategy and marketing plan, with heavy emphasis on digital demand generation and self-service products.
- Own the brand cohesion of B2B programs and digital experiences; Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing channels.
- Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team; Set, Monitor and report on team goals and identify ways to improve marketing team processes.
- Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data for short- and long-term market forecasts and reports
- Develop nurture campaigns and demand generation efforts to drive awareness and interest for B2B products.
- Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.
- Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, including design of test/control segmentation, implementation of tests, tracking, results reporting, and, analysis.
- Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for B2B Marketing efforts.
- Support lead generation efforts and Sales team’s collateral and presentation needs.
Qualifications:
- A degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in building and scaling a B2B marketing team with extensive experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social and/or display ad campaigns
- Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles and experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills and must have a thorough understanding of digital advertising campaigns and strategy.
- Have the know-how to analyse and act on data that supports your marketing decisions; Can own all marketing efforts and tie them into our growth goals.
- Entrepreneurial in spirit with solid organizational skills and the ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker with a process-oriented mindset who can quickly adjust priorities.
- Measuring solutions backed with numbers should be a part of your DNA.
- General understanding of the blockchain & NFT space.
- Experience in the crypto industry is a plus.
