We help leading Web3 organizations supercharge their growth. As blockchain technology continues to change the world, Hype is growing rapidly to help our clients build their communities and is looking for a community manager to help drive innovative digital campaigns.
Hype Partners is primarily a remote organization with team members spread across the globe, however, the core team is primarily based in Europe.
This role is a mid-level position for someone with 1-3 years of experience in marketing management and campaigns creation and delivery.
Key Accountabilities:
- Create and launch entertaining and educational campaigns for crypto communities
- Building out processes for campaigns
- Managing campaigns across multiple clients
- Preparing and writing content for campaigns
- Developing campaigns for clients according to their KPIs
- Liaising with clients on a weekly basis
- Consistent reporting across client campaigns
Qualifications:
- 6-12 months experience leading community campaigns/events (e.g. bounty campaigns, airdrops, learn and earn campaigns)
- Experience in launching bounty campaigns, learn-and-earn events
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A deep understanding of the campaign creation and delivery
- The ability to be immersed in new projects
- The ability to work on multiple projects across clients
- The ability to work autonomously and plan, create and deliver campaigns by yourself
