Marketing Manager - The Weirdos NFT

Fully RemoteThe Weirdos are looking for an experienced web3 Marketing Lead to bring a new audience to the Weirdoverse.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Growth - building new audiences for a project that has already launched
- Value Proposition - evolving, positioning and messaging of core value propositions
- Oversight - full stack marketer - brand, digital, social, content, partnership
- Goal driven - orchestrating teams towards business level objectives
- Manager and Individual Contributor - operating at a strategic level but also as an IC
Characteristics:
- Data driven - understands the metrics they are responsible for and gets great joy in delivering on the numbers
- Organised, process driven articulate - able to create an manage a plan
- Web3 revolutionary with a deep understanding of web3 social media trends and approaches. Understands the typical web3 / NFT participant
- A weirdo - in the curiosity and innovation sense - Weird in a good way
- A ‘Problem Solver’ that can help change strengthen the narrative build the project into a position of sucess
- Credibility and reputation within web3
Responsible for:
Strategic
- Develop a growth plan for the Weirdos that drives demand and accelerates sales volumes
- Identifying partnerships and collaborations, developing our research approach and tracking and managing leads
- Weirdos brand and marketing strategy - covering partnerships, social (with Rick) and content
- Build out executable campaigns and associated activities
- Oversight of all project marketing activities - knowledge of digital and content marketing
- Working with Ghostbreath to create and deliver media marketing elements across platforms
- Writing and publishing of content
Execution
- Delivery of all core brand activity
- Delivery of partnership channel
