About Us:

We are a new and rapidly growing startup pioneering the next generation of blockchain gaming.

The first phase of development focuses on transitioning from early P2E games by creating a deep strategy PvP game in a medieval fantasy theme. The second phase focuses on building a virtual world and land-based strategy game that integrates this battle system and includes a player owned economy and user generated NFT assets.

We have already released our first NFT collection of genesis warriors on the Ethereum blockchain. This sold out in 13 minutes. Since then, we have raised investment from leading VCs within the blockchain and gaming industries.

About The Role:

The purpose of this role is to lead the creation of our games tokenomics.

We are looking to create an innovative and sustainable token economy that is further developed from the ecosystem of first generation blockchain games like Axie Infinity.

We have already ironed out our ecosystem at a high level, with many ideas for innovative burning mechanics that tie to in-game features, but we need someone to take the lead with developing this further by creating models and testing calculations.

The right candidate will be rewarded very well with a great salary, as well as extremely lucrative equity and tokenomics incentives.

This is a remote-working role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Researching other P2E games token economies to iterate upon our current plans based on a solid understanding of tokenomics


• Model and calculate token financials, sensitivity, transaction amounts, supply, etc


• Creation of an algorithm which can monitor supply and breeding systems based on key metrics to measure the demand of players joining the game


• Collaborate with the game development teams to integrate tokens within gameplay


• Contribute to the writing of a whitepaper explaining the games tokenomics


• Help support marketing by explaining the tokenomics to the community in live AMAs


• Ensuring successful implementation of the token economy, assisting with creation, issuing, staking, etc.


• Helping to iterate the token economy over time to ensure sustainability with live ops after game launch

About You:

• Extensive experience and knowledge in Web3, including smart contracts, tokens, blockchains, and cryptocurrency as a whole


• Extensive experience with tokens, including creation, minting, yield farming, issuing, burning and staking


• Extensive experience in creating economic systems and models and testing them using software


• Knowledge in the broader blockchain ecosystem around NFTs, DAOs and DeFi gaming


• Experience in blockchain gaming with a strong understanding of how token economies work in P2E games, ideally having previously written whitepapers for projects


• An innovative and analytical mindset


• A motivated and driven self-starter


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
