Dopamine is a premiere fashion hub that partners with streetwear brands, web3 projects and NFT artists to create limited-edition physical-digital NFT bundles sold through the Dopamine marketplace. Our mission is to bring NFTs into mainstream pop culture and build the next-generation community of hypebeasts on the metaverse.

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Growth Marketer to join our team. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing on a growth strategy that drives awareness to our brand, increases our reach on social media and cements Dopamine in the minds and hearts of brands and consumers as the one-stop-shop for next-gen streetwear. You’ll be part of a core team of 6 other enthusiastic and talented members, including our CEO RarityJan and CTO Leeren.

Role

• Develop and execute on a growth strategy that drives awareness, educates consumers, optimizes the funnel, ultimately leading to a significant growth of our reach on all our front-facing social media channels


• Develop strategies to convert this reach into a loyal customer base


• Developed both a B2B and B2C strategy


• Identify growth opportunities and key market segments


• Own the execution of our growth strategies; this will include everything from strategy creation to execution across social media, content, PR, ads, etc


• Make data-driven decisions, including analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and tracking KPI’s


• Engage proactively with our community and ensure community growth is aligned with our brand philosophy


• Work closely with other areas of the Dopamine team to optimize growth, such as product and new feature rollout strategy

Desired qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role


• Track record of creating and executing successful growth campaigns across a range of channels, at a minimum growing Twitter following to 30K+, IG to 10k+


• Thorough experience with social media scheduling software


• Able to translate KPI’s & data into actionable marketing strategies


• Thrive in a fast-paced environment full of ambiguous tasks


• Ability to take ownership of tasks, work independently as well as collaboratively


• Passion for web3/crypto or a willingness to develop a deep expertise in the space

Nice To Have

• Able to work with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)


• Passion for streetwear (Dopamine is a hub for hypebeasts!)


• Lives in Los Angeles
