About the role:

Relite is seeking a Senior Back-end Engineer to join the team and help co-create a product to remember. Someone who is user-focused and knows precisely how to build scalable and module architecture with excellent code quality. Also, compliant with the best software development and deployment practices. Responsibilities:

• Translate business requirements/use cases and construct them into functional applications.


• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Solidity and JavaScript code.


• Review, test, and verify code for adherence to quality, and security standards.


• Ensure the best possible user experience, performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications.


• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.


• Help maintain the code quality within the organization.


• Contribute to the development of automated testing suites and frameworks.


• Commit, maintain and extend internal documentation related to your areas of the codebase.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with the full lifecycle of project development for Java Applications.


• Strong skills in Core Java, server-side Java technologies, and Spring frameworks.


• Extensive experience in database structures, software design, microservice-based architecture, API and development integration, cloud-based technologies, containerization and dockers, and deployment / DevOps processes.


• Solid knowledge of event processing models, multi-threading, enterprise integration patterns, Web Service, and REST.


• Ability to mentor and lead developers to design, develop, test and deploy platform and infrastructure components with best practices and technology excellence.


• Experience creating React-based UIs.

Preferred qualifications / Nice to have:

• Familiarity with the whole web stack, including protocols, server-side techniques and rendering.


• Familiar with the source code of one or two famous front-end libraries.


• Familiar with Node.JS and JavaScript/TypeScript


• Familiar with Web3, Blockchain, Crypto or NFT related products, Exchanges, Payment service, API service experience, and eCommerce.


• Experience with Open-Source projects or Startups as a Founder or early-stage team member
