Responsibilities

• Lead growth marketing campaigns across multiple audience channels focusing on companies and developers in the crypto space.


• Grow Rift’s social media presence in online channels and communities across different platforms.


• Stay up to date on top memes from crypto twitter.


• Keep pace with new innovations in the DeFi space and deliver research reports to the rest of the team.


• Craft viral campaigns that raise the awareness and capture developer communities.


• Assist in executing strategic and operational goals.

Preferences

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline (preferred).


• 3+ years in business development role at similarly sized startup.


• Proven knowledge and interest in the blockchain, cryptocurrency, and DeFi space.


• Expertise in growth marketing campaigns and social media strategy.


• Self-starter with a creative, strategic, and enthusiastic drive.


• Adept at using marketing tools to optimize output.


• Solutions-minded and data-driven with the ability to work efficiently and automate tasks.
