Your Impact


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager & Brand Writer with a passion for entrepreneurship, Web3, and marketing. You will have experience working on product, brand and growth engagement. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in developing tailored strategies and working cross-functionally to ensure all activities adhere to our brand standards.


Responsibilities



  • Lead and execute a holistic marketing and growth strategy

  • Manage the entire funnel from awareness, engagement and retention with a focus on attracting the RIGHT kind of growth

  • Be in touch with activities across the org, and develop everything into content that is laser-focused on delivery and accessibility

  • Implement both tested and innovative strategies for community and product growth

  • Continuously analyze, test and iterate on growth strategies and methods

  • Ensure product identity is consistently implemented across all marketing channels

  • Help shape and execute content strategy working with design to create great visual content

  • Stay informed about key trends and insights in Web3 and explore and leverage emerging channels for growth

  • Lead by example with a sense of ownership, attention to detail, and collaborative spirit that shows your commitment to the work.

  • Work with senior leadership and manage a small team, while still being able to dive deep as needed with the hands-on, day-to-day tasks of community management.


Requirements


3+ years of experience in executing marketing and growth strategies Experience and passion for all things web3, believing community at the heart of any project Demonstrated ability to command a brand voice with professionalism and precision Able to use judgment and past experience to know when to escalate concerns or issues versus addressing them immediately Flexible and easy-going, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment Strong ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build solid working relationships - from individual contributors to founders Extremely organized, responsive, responsible, and accountable. You are the go-to person for your co-workers because you are enthusiastic about helping others and learning. You always find a way to make things happen


Superpowers / bonus:



  • Relevant crypto, art, media or consumer/marketplace experience

  • A coherent vision around emerging digital phenomena like VR/AR, Decentralized Autonomous Organizations (DAOs), the Metaverse, etc.
