Marketing Manager - 6-month Contract

The Marketing Manager is responsible for coordinating and creating comprehensive marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, newsletters, and public relations (PR). Your primary objective will be to support the launch of brands on The Fabricant platform by generating website traffic and increasing the likelihood of conversion into sales.


Note: This is a 6-month contract starting in early December. We are looking for candidates based in The Netherlands only as there will be an expectation that they come to the office a minimum of 1-2 days a week.

Responsibilities:


Campaign Coordination:



  • Collaborate closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Graphic Designer, and Analyst to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that effectively promote both Brand Partners and the platform.

  • Take ownership of campaign timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of high-quality campaigns


Content Planning



  • Create briefs for content team to create weekly delivered marketing assets.

  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines.

  • Share results of content and incorporate the learnings into new briefs.


Multichannel Marketing



  • Utilise various marketing channels, including social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), Discord, newsletters, and PR, to maximize brand exposure, engage the target audience, and drive website traffic.


Traffic Generation



  • Develop and implement strategies to increase website traffic, using primarily organic and owned channels. Optimize campaigns to drive high-quality traffic that is more likely to convert into sales.


Conversion Optimisation



  • Collaborate with the CMO and analyst to analyse campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

  • Implement data-driven strategies to optimize traffic and maximize the return of the marketing activities


Team Management:



  • Cross-functional coordination of Graphic Designer, Data Analyst and a PR agency


Job requirements


Must have’s



  • Marketing/ Community Experience:

    • Proven experience in Marketing and community management, understanding the channel mix



  • Creative Thinking:

    • Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies to stand out in a competitive market.

    • A keen eye for design and an understanding of visual aesthetics is a plus



  • Collaboration Skills:

    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, as well as external brand partners when applicable



  • Data-Driven Approach:

    • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.



  • Project Management Abilities:

    • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines consistently



  • Result Orientation:

    • Goal-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality campaigns on time, achieving marketing objectives and driving measurable growth



  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:

    • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.

    • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to adapt to changing market conditions



  • Knowledge and active participation in web3:

    • Participates in web3 communities, has a voice on Twitter and understands the key trends in web3 projects



  • Management Experience: 

    • Effectively coordinating and leading a group of individuals to achieve common goals, fostering collaboration, and optimising their collective performance.

  • Active participation in digital fashion through use of filters and/or gaming participation
