The Role

We’re looking for a full-time developer who is fluent in Solidity development and the deployment of smart contracts. You’ll work closely with our CTO and other developers to conceptualize smart contracts and bring them all the way through the development process into a production environment.

This will be a fully remote position with the ability to work anywhere in the world. As such, you will need to be a self-starter and have stellar time management skills.

Compensation

Compensation will be competitive based on current market rates and determined by experience. We are happy to pay in crypto if you so choose. There is also potential for the right candidate to receive some team tokens as well.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test and deploy smart contracts


• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables


• Work closely with other team members to solve complex challenges associated with decentralized finance applications

Desired Skills and Qualifications

• Ideally, previous experience developing and deploying smart contracts in a production environment on Ethereum


• Good knowledge of Solidity development and best practices


• Experience with smart contract development tools and frameworks


• Good knowledge of ERC and EIP token standards


• Ability to apply high quality testing standards and good documentation practices


• Understand the inner workings of popular DeFi protocols and smart contract codebases


• Ability to design unique, on-chain solutions to tough problems


• Solid understanding of EVM


• Strong computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems


• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)


• Familiarity with using GIT for source code management


• Highly self-motived, focused

Nice to Have

• Experience with The Graph Protocol


• Contribution to open-source projects


• Solid understanding of traditional finance concepts


• Bachelor’s degree and/or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
