Synaps wants to build the future of digital identity. Our team specializes in both identity verification and decentralized identity: we design KYC / KYB solutions and a DID protocol.


We offer a tailored identity verification solution to businesses while empowering individuals with a self-sovereign identity that they fully own.


Our first use case is to help our customers and users meet their identity compliance requirements. In the long run, users will share specific identity attributes rather than a complete identity thanks to our DID protocol. The Synaps' team believes in fulfillment, achievement and fun at work. We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Community Manager to join our rapidly expanding team!


⭐️ Your goals ⭐️



  • Set clear goals and roadmap for each online channels, including Discord, Twitter, Telegram and Instagram

  • Grow and manage communities across online channels, including Discord, Twitter, Instagram and Telegram

  • Identify, engage and retain relationships with advocates and enthusiasts

  • Build and implement social media plans and publication calendars

  • Share product updates on a regular bases with our community

  • Implement creative and innovative communication means

  • Track performance through data measurement tools and dashboards, focusing on engagement

  • Identify relevant trends and news in our ecosystem

  • Share insights from community interactions to the team and highlight critical issues

  • Craft blog and social media posts on a range of topics of interest to our community


Who you are



  • You are passionate about crypto, DeFi, NFTs, and web3 in general

  • You have previous working experiences in crypto

  • You experienced growing a community and building a significant follower base.

  • You are open minded and inclusive which enables you to engage with a worldwide community

  • You have strong competencies in community engagement and management

  • You have the ability to express complex technical information clearly and concisely

  • You are able to respond quickly and with comprehensive answer to the community

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills
