Head of Community

Digital Insight Games is an emerging and fast-growing Web 3 Games company founded by a seasoned team from leading Gaming companies including Tencent, Electronic Arts, Take-Two, Activision Blizzard, Scopely, among others. DIG aims to build the world’s premier Web 3 AAA experience, with the best-in-class/user friendly Technology platform for next gen in-game digital economy involving the blockchain.

DIG aims to be a pioneer in Play-to-Earn (P2E), Free-to-Play (F2P) 2.0, Games-as-a-Service/Live Service 2.0, Online Marketplace, NFT, and Blockchain Gaming. DIG is a remote first/decentralized company with regional bases in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Austin, and New York, USA. We are here to financialize gaming not gamify finance.

Responsibilities:

• Will directly report to the Head of Marketing of the firm and be responsible for all Social Media & Community Management, and Community Strategy for Digital Insight Games


• Lead Community Managers/Team and grow the DIG Community across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Medium, and other social media channels


• Manage and direct content generation and lead all growth initiatives across Community and Social Media channels


• Work collaboratively with internal teams such as Art and Creative/Design on content and manage various cross-functional processes


• Establish solid work/team processes, measurable successes, and scale DIG Community to new heights


• Continuously monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify new marketing opportunities across gaming/NFT/crypto/blockchain

Requirements:

• 5+ Year of experience in Marketing, Social Media & Community Management


• Excellent communication, time management skills, and leadership skills


• Strong relationship building and excels at working collaboratively with cross-functional partners


• Results-driven, resourceful, detail-oriented, and highly organized


• A team player, fast learner with strong work ethics, looking to strive at what they do in a dynamic and competitive landscape


• Passion/interest in Gaming/Tech/Crypto/Web3
