Product Marketing Lead

Harpie makes it simple to recover your cryptocurrency tokens and NFTs in case of loss using secure, vetted, zero-knowledge proofs. Millions of dollars in cryptocurrency are lost every day due to people misplacing or accidentally destroying their private keys. We began Harpie with the idea that robust self-custody solutions should be accessible to everyone—not just experts with deep blockchain knowledge.

As Product Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of creating and executing a marketing strategy that will bring customers into the Harpie protection ecosystem and position Harpie as a trusted leader in the cryptocurrency space. You will define our target customer market and craft data-driven campaigns that drive customer understanding, trust, and adoption of the Harpie platform.

You will be joining a small team, and this role will give you the freedom to launch innovative campaigns and to have a significant impact on defining Harpie’s customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Role

• Define and execute a marketing strategy that will bring awareness to, trust in, and customer adoption of the Harpie ecosystem


• Manage innovative campaigns through various channels, including paid, earned and owned media


• Establish, track, and report on KPIs and performance metrics that will drive future strategic decisions


• Organize and conduct user research initiatives, providing key consumer insights that help to better define our target customer segment, direct ongoing or new development projects, and intelligently drive future marketing strategies

Skills

• At least 5 years' experience in marketing leadership, customer acquisition, and product marketing, preferably within the blockchain, security, and/or fintech industries


• Excellent at keeping a record of project metrics and adapting to new information, customer insights and market conditions


• Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communications skills


• Knowledgeable and experienced with blockchain and its communities


• Educated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar


• Experience in growth marketing is a bonus.
