Our foundations lie in producing institutional-grade research for some of crypto’s top funds, institutions, and investors. Through Delphi Labs, our team is changing the landscape of crypto top projects in the space such as Aave, Axie Infinity, Compound, Thorchain, Synthetix, and many more to model, optimize and redesign their crypto-economics. And with Delphi Ventures, a long-term oriented, fundamentals focused VC fund, we seek to identify and invest in the most promising projects in the space.

Job Description

We’re passionate about bringing more education, information, and discourse to web3, and are looking for a superstar to grow our Media business. This role will be central to Delphi Digital’s content strategy over the coming years and will be tasked with building the team, driving its vision and strategy, and collaborating with other Delphi organizations to deliver on our vision for web3 and Delphi Digital. The scope of work includes:

• Develop and align key stakeholders behind the vision and strategy for Delphi Digital’s Media business


• Assess the resource and talent needs for the business, build and manage a team of superstars to deliver on the vision


• Pioneer ambitious content to position Delphi Media as the foremost web3 content producer


• Manage the end to end content process including the ideation, development, launch, growth, and sunsetting of shows


• Ensure positive brand recognition for Delphi Digital through all content produced by implementing content quality guidelines


• Create and iterate processes to deliver a growing slate of content efficiently and reliably


• Report on the performance of the business with senior executives on a regular basis

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role at a content creation business, preferably in web3


• Demonstrated past success managing a media team


• Top-notch project management skills; ability to work in a 24 hour project cycle utilizing teams or contractors - across multiple timezones


• Previous experience as a producer


• A deep passion for, and knowledge of, web3


• Clear written and verbal communication skills
