About the Role


Acamania is hiring a full-time Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market strategy for a new crypto exchange platform launching in LATAM. This is a high-leverage role for a crypto-native operator who thrives in early-stage environments and knows how to build and scale with limited resources. This role is being offered on a contract basis.


You’ll work across strategy and execution and be embedded in a nimble, cross-functional team alongside product, design, and growth leads. You’ll have access to in-house contributors and trusted external vendors, but you’ll be expected to drive the core engine. This is an opportunity to help shape a major regional launch while building processes, playbooks, and momentum from the ground up.


What You’ll Do



  • Own and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid, organic, content, email, KOL/UGC) across acquisition and retention

  • Manage agency partners, freelancers, and internal contributors to deliver on marketing KPIs (signups, activation, trading volume, referrals)

  • Support and coordinate lifecycle touchpoints across social (Discord, X, WhatsApp, telegram), email, and in-product communication

  • Help support the brand voice and campaign themes tailored to the targeted audiences

  • Contribute to campaign testing, creative strategy, and measurement frameworks

  • Collaborate with product, BD, and design leads to align messaging and GTM strategy

  • Support other fintech and Web3 marketing initiatives under Acamania’s broader client base


Who You Are



  • Must have in-house marketing experience at a crypto exchange, fintech startup, or digital asset platform - seeking candidates with minimum 3-5 years experience

  • Solid understanding of customer acquisition marketing and how to manage full funnel campaigns to convert interest into sign up

  • Deep understanding of crypto community culture, memes, incentives, and platforms—especially Discord, WhatsApp, Twitter/X, and Telegram

  • Familiar with CRM/email tools, lifecycle strategy, basic analytics, and campaign measurement

  • Fluent in Spanish, with deep familiarity or direct experience in LATAM

  • Based in Miami and able to join occasional team off-sites

  • Skilled at managing external resources and collaborators across design, content, and paid media

  • Comfortable working across time zones, tools, and functions in a lean team environment

  • Must be able to travel internationally and have a valid passport
