We take our mission seriously, but we know how to have fun while doing it. Right now, we’re looking for a highly motivated, hungry intern to join our team onsite in Singapore starting this October.
If you are looking to kickstart a serious career at the intersection of Business Development and Marketing, this is your proving ground. You’ll be on the front lines representing the brand, meeting with industry leaders, and supporting real growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Being the Face of the Brand: You will represent Find Web3 at physical crypto conferences, side events, and meetups in Singapore.
Lead Generation & BD: Actively scout the market to identify Web3 and crypto companies that are expanding and need to hire.
Talent Spotting: Keep your ear to the ground to find and connect with top-tier talent looking for their next big opportunity.
Cross-Functional Impact: Dive deep into the mechanics of building a platform by supporting both the business development and marketing pipelines.
Direct Mentorship: You will report directly to our Head of Marketing and Research, while also working closely day-to-day with the Founder.
Requirements:
Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Chinese to effectively navigate the global and regional Web3 ecosystem.
A Natural Networker: You have a highly personable character, you love talking to people, and networking comes as naturally to you as breathing.
Hungry & Driven: You aren't just looking for a resume-filler. You are genuinely passionate about building a career in BD and marketing within the crypto space.
Onsite Ready: You are based in Singapore, thrive in an in-person environment, and are ready to hit the ground running this October.
