Job description
Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure for the global economy.
We design, implement, and scale payment systems that connect digital assets with real-world financial operations. Our solutions help businesses and financial institutions operate efficiently in the evolving digital asset landscape.
For over 11 years, we’ve been developing products that bring crypto payments closer to mainstream adoption. Today, our team includes 350+ professionals working remotely across multiple countries.
We combine the pace of fintech with a long-term approach to building products, teams, and careers. As a remote-first company, we give people flexibility in how they work while maintaining strong collaboration and shared ownership across teams.
🏆 In 2026, Coinspaid was recognized as Best Corporate Culture in the Blockchain Industry in Europe, reflecting our focus on ownership, trust, and collaboration.
As a Lead Product Manager for Processing, you will own the development of one of our core product domains responsible for how payments are initiated, processed, routed, and completed across our platform.
This is a hands-on product leadership role. You will shape the domain strategy and roadmap, translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions, and lead complex initiatives involving multiple product and engineering teams.
We are looking for someone who combines strong product management fundamentals with practical payments expertise and a solid understanding of how B2B payment businesses operate in the real world.
Responsibilities
Domain Strategy & Vision: Define and evolve the Processing product vision and roadmap; translate company goals, customer needs, market developments, and operational constraints into clear product priorities; maintain a 12–24 month planning horizon
Payments Product Development: Own payment-related products and capabilities end-to-end; understand payment flows, methods, routing, settlement, failures, reconciliation and operational implications; identify opportunities to improve conversion, reliability, cost and scalability
Cross-Domain Initiatives: Personally lead complex initiatives spanning multiple product domains and teams; identify dependencies, build execution plans, align stakeholders and drive initiatives through delivery rather than relying only on coordination structures
Discovery & Solution Design: Structure ambiguous problems, validate hypotheses using data, customer feedback and operational insights; define target solutions and business logic together with Engineering, Design, Operations and other stakeholders
Roadmap & Prioritization: Own and continuously prioritize the domain roadmap; balance customer value, revenue opportunities, operational efficiency, technical investments, compliance requirements and delivery capacity
Business & Operations: Understand how product decisions affect B2B operations; work closely with Operations, Finance, Compliance, Support and commercial teams; identify where operational processes should be automated, redesigned or eliminated through product changes
Metrics & Performance: Define domain-level success metrics; monitor payment performance and product outcomes; use data to identify bottlenecks, validate improvements and make prioritization decisions
Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate strategy, priorities, trade-offs and progress clearly to Product leadership, executives and cross-functional stakeholders; represent the domain in company-level discussions
Product Leadership: Raise the quality of product practices within the domain; support and mentor Product Managers; help teams move from feature delivery toward measurable product and business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of hands-on Product Management experience, preferably in B2B, FinTech, payments or financial infrastructure
Proven experience owning a complex product area or domain, rather than individual features only
Practical experience with payments and a strong understanding of payment flows and their operational implications
Good understanding of the payments landscape and payment methods, including how different payment rails and methods affect customer experience, economics and operations
Strong practical understanding of B2B business operations — how products interact with Operations, Finance, Support, Compliance and commercial processes
Proven ability to personally drive complex cross-team or cross-domain initiatives from problem definition through implementation
Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, decompose them into manageable initiatives and establish clear priorities
Experience building and managing roadmaps with a 12–24 month planning horizon
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with product and operational metrics
Ability to communicate complex concepts in a simple, structured way for both technical teams and senior stakeholders
Strong ownership mentality: comfortable making decisions, resolving dependencies and moving initiatives forward without requiring constant escalation
Experience mentoring Product Managers or contributing to product practices beyond your immediate team
Strong written and verbal English, B2–C1+
Strong Advantage
Hands-on knowledge of fiat payment infrastructure, acquiring and card payment flows
Experience with PSPs, payment gateways, acquiring, alternative payment methods or payment orchestration
Understanding of authorization, capture, settlement, reconciliation, refunds, chargebacks and payment failure scenarios
Experience with crypto payments, blockchain infrastructure, wallets, custody or digital assets
Experience working in regulated financial environments
Understanding of payment economics: fees, routing costs, conversion, margins and operational cost drivers
Experience designing products that replace or significantly automate manual operational processes
Leadership Expectations
This role goes beyond managing a backlog or delivering features. We expect a Lead Product Manager to be able to operate at several levels simultaneously:
Strategy → Domain → Initiative → Execution
You should be comfortable defining where the domain needs to go, translating that direction into concrete initiatives, and stepping directly into execution when a complex problem requires hands-on leadership.
The role is designed for a mature product leader who can operate independently today and take on broader product leadership responsibility as the organization and domain evolve.
