Marketing Lead (pre-TGE)

Our fantastic development team has already built two projects using this mechanism:
- Reality Cards, NFT Prediction Market that connects virtual and physical worlds.
- Launch Cards, NFT Launchpad where buyers compete against each other during a limited-time sale.
- More products to be disclosed in the future!
With two products ready to launch in the next few weeks, we already announced the issuance of CARDS, a governance token for our expanding ecosystem (The TGE date is not fixed yet.)

Requirements: Do you check these boxes?
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience.
- Experience in the web3 context, or a strong passion for NFT or web3 technologies.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
- Direct experience working in a remote-first environment; and able to work independently while collaborating closely with our existing team.
The Role: These will be your immediate responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of Cards.io products.
- Organize and deploy marketing resources with our in-house marketing team.
- Lead and expand the marketing team.
- Prepare the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against KPIs.
