Business Development

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth through strategic partnerships, token listing deals, and influencer collaborations. You’ll work directly with our leadership team to identify, secure, and manage high-impact opportunities that accelerate user acquisition, expand our token offerings, and elevate the CZR brand across the global crypto ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate, and close strategic partnerships with crypto projects, market makers, influencers, and KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders).


• Drive token listing initiatives: sourcing, vetting, and onboarding new crypto assets to the CZR platform.


• Build and manage relationships with crypto influencers, YouTubers, content creators, and community leaders to boost exchange visibility and user growth.


• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop co-branded campaigns, launch strategies, and community engagement plans.


• Represent CZR Exchange at online and offline industry events, pitch meetings, and partnership calls.


• Maintain an active pipeline of high-quality business development opportunities and report progress to executive leadership.


• Stay on top of crypto trends, competitor strategies, and partnership innovations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business development or partnerships in the crypto, fintech, or Web3 space.


• Proven success establishing partnerships with KOLs, YouTubers, or media influencers.


• Solid understanding of crypto markets, exchanges, tokenomics, and the Web3 ecosystem.


• Experience managing token listing processes and partner onboarding.


• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.


• Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive results.


• Global mindset with the ability to work across cultures and time zones.

• Existing network of crypto influencers or token projects.


• Multilingual or international business development experience.


• Background in marketing, community, or product strategy.
