Fully RemoteTRN Labs is an accelerator dedicated to expanding the ecosystem of The Root Network, Futureverse’s L1 blockchain. The organization supports the growth of the Web3 ecosystem, providing a sustainable foundation for communities and developers building on The Root Network.
Responsibilities
Market Research
- a. Track industry trends, analyze the competitive landscape, and stay informed about emerging technologies in the Web3 ecosystem.
- b. Identify key trends, opportunities, and actionable competitive insights within the Web3 landscape.
Business Strategy & Operations
- a. Establish commercial viability of partner’s product and incorporate product roadmap into business plan.
- b. Collaborate with our and partner’s internal business strategy team to design and execute go-to-market strategies and implement new business initiatives effectively and swiftly.
- c. Key focus on front-end interaction, user growth, and improving the conversion rate by optimizing user experience and implementing data-driven strategies.
Requirements
Experience
- a. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Partner Success role or in similar position, including at least 1 year of experience within Web3 industry.
Language Skills
- a. Proficiency in English(verbal and written) sufficient to maintain and nurture business relationships with professional clients.
- b. At least one additional language proficiency is a plus(preferably Mandarin, or other APAC-region languages).
Communication Skills
- a. Demonstrated strong negotiation skills with a proven history of successful deal-making.
- b. Proactively engage with partners throughout the lifecycle to gather product feedback, share updates, and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
- c. Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences with clarity, speed, and influence.
Preference
Knowledge
- a. Possess an in-depth understanding of blockchain technology, including smart contracts, EVM, and the XRP ecosystem.
- b. Have a clear understanding of the interests, stakes, and dynamics of stakeholders within the blockchain industry.
Work Style/Ethic
- a. Self-driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- b. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to efficiently handle multiple tasks and client needs simultaneously.
Tool Familiarity
- a. Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- b. Ability to leverage data-analysis tools to perform analysis and support decision-making based on insights derived from the data.
