Job Description:

For the people passionate about developing the new world of Web 3.0 and have the vision and talent to implement tokenomics tactics EquiTie is looking for a Head of Tokenomics who will be developing the tokenomics models within the blockchain environment to support the goals of the business. As the head of tokenomics the focus will be on setting the successful implementation of the token economy and developing the road map to meet both short and long-term needs of our rapidly growing platform. With knowledge of the blockchain, cryptocurrency, DeFi, and NFT ecosystems and a never-ending curiosity to learn and master new technologies and practices. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading tokenomics projects, working cross-functionally and assisting senior leadership in developing end to end tokenomics strategies.

What You Will Do/Your Mission

• Develop and prepare the overall tokenomics road-map for several projects


• Liaising with the CEO & CTO in developing a loyalty program to be distributed in the form of non-fungible tokens


• Creation of an algorithm which can monitor supply and breeding systems based on key metrics to measure the demand of clients joining the platform


• Support in writing of a whitepaper explaining the loyalty tokenomics


• Leading the supply side for the drop of our utility based NFT collection


• Model and calculate token financials, sensitivity, transaction amounts, supply, etc


• Build out economic structures, and run simulations to account for all possible scenarios.


• Support community management teams by explaining tokenomics to the community

Skills and Abilities:

• Worked on token modelling and drawing out token economics for one or more DeFi projects


• Extensive financial modelling (benchmarking, budgets, optimization models)


• Experience with large datasets and processing information from various sources (APIs / JSON / RDBMS).


• Experience with tokens, including creation, minting, yield, farming, issuing, burning, and staking


• Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology


• Ability to work remotely, independently and collaboratively in a team


• Problem-solving aptitude and willingness to be hands-on when required


• Excellent writing, editing, and presentational skills in English
