Operations Manager

As the Operations Manager at CZR Exchange, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of the platform. You’ll be responsible for optimizing internal processes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. Working closely with leadership, you will help implement strategic initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and support a seamless experience for CZR users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily exchange operations, including trade execution, user onboarding, and customer support workflows


• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing improvements to drive efficiency and scalability


• Ensure adherence to regulatory and compliance standards across all operational activities


• Collaborate with technology, compliance, and marketing teams to execute strategic objectives


• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision-making


• Manage relationships with third-party service providers and partners


• Support the integration of new features, assets, and platform updates

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, preferably in fintech, crypto, or financial services


• Strong understanding of digital asset markets, trading platforms, and blockchain technology


• Excellent organizational and project management skills


• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities


• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
